how long has it been since you two broke up? sometimes knowing where you are in the timeline helps a bit with the ache.
well, last time i met her was 6 days ago, but it was few moment. She broke with me in july more or less
take it day by day, even small distractions help. journaling on here really helped me process stuff without losing myself.
i started using this app after my breakup too, missing him hit me HARD for months. it does get a bit easier, promise
