In this entire unprecedented journey that I was forced to take, the hardest thing I had to do was delete everything that had to do with him, photos, phone, to collect all his things from the house and take them to the storage room. Memories of 32 years. In this way, however, I went further, I was liberated, I didn't see him anywhere anymore!!!

wow, 32 years is a LOT. how are you feeling now that it’s all gone? do you feel lighter or still heavy inside?

I passed all the stages, I was crying and didn't eat, suddenly i realized that i have a 15 years old child and I have to stand up for her.i had a lot of support from my other 2 kids ,after a while everything went into to places and I said enough he is not worth it, the only thing that botheres me a lot is that (except of my kids)I wasted the best years of my life 😒

letting go of the stuff is brutal, but it really helps your brain stop clinging. even a little bit of distance goes a long way.
