when you feel that panic, do you notice any patterns—like specific triggers that make it worse, or is it constant?
i found it helped to journal every anxious thought instead of messaging them—getting it out of my head kinda calmed the panic a little.
i used to obsess over every text and interaction, thinking if i just reached out enough, he’d come back. it’s exhausting and heartbreaking.
