My ex and I lived together for six years. Everything felt fine we were still going on dates as recently as last week and even had plans for the upcoming weekend. But this past Monday I found out she left work early to cheat on me with a guy she’d only just started talking to. Right after that she ended our relationship and immediately jumped into something new with him.
She came by the next day to collect her things and refused to have any kind of conversation. The only explanation I got was a text saying she thought it was best we go our separate ways and that it wasn’t because I’m a bad person. It all felt so sudden so careless.
Now I’m sitting alone in the home we built together trying to process how someone I thought I’d grow old with could discard me so easily. It feels like I’ve wasted my entire twenties on someone who never truly cared.

Go no contact, give her 0 emotion if she reaches out... she will want to come back. People are embarrassingly predictable. If you give her emotion, or cry, or beg, or anything stupid, she will tell herself she was right. Be a gray rock. Hit the gym and focus on you for awhile and you'll be amazed at the results.
I’m sorry hear this, it’s horrible. She has done you awful. Keep busy, move on, look after yourself and never give her any more of your attention..
Damn , she is crazy Selfish. Only someone so Selfish would change relationships into that manner. Look back i bet you’ll see she was always like that. Good luck man, keep your head up and stay busy.
