I was in 6 year relationship. he was disrespectful for me and my family so I decided to be apart from him so I blocked him bcoz he was not sorry for that before blocking i thought he will realise that he said wrong bt its being three day only 1 st day he called once I think just for checking if he is blocked or not and I m thinking about NC for atleast one month so he could realise his mistake and I m just hoping ...

never hope because he will never change you'll still remain in his disrespect just stay silent work on your self find your self that you wanted in him find peace and let your silence do the talking and you'll see the results gurl and one thing remove that thought of hoping something from him it will cost you during this of silence
I'm also in this journey and I'm finding it peaceful and good even when he text I don't answer when he calls I don't answer you'll grow just learn to love yourself and choose you
I'm on day 104 of NC. It definitely gets easier as time goes on. What helped me was this app and staying angry at him.
If he's disrespectful, do not go back. He won't change. Ever heard the old saying, "Women marry men hoping to change them and men marry women hoping they'll never change".

Don’t hope. use the time to grow and realize you deserve better- you will not accept less. If you don’t, I promise you the same thing will happen again and again and again.
no contact’s tough in the beginning, but stay with it. when the urge hits, try writing down what you wish you could say. it helps more than you’d think.
