my birthday is after 5 days and I know he will text me and we had this plan on my birthday and i definitely know he will ask me to meet him i have been ignoring his texts but on that day like i know if I don't go he will surely lose all hopes the thing is that he loves me i love him but idk i really don't know what do you think should I go with him!? and for context we were in a relationship of 5 years and he has told his mother his sister and once he was with his aunt (his father's sister) and he spotted me where i shouldn't be and he literally grabbed my waist and asked why am I here and the thing is in our country it's like if someone tells their parents about someone then they are very serious so he loves me he's serious for me he is not cheating on me but still like he had some things so now tell me should I go? if I go I'll be back in the cycle and if I don't i had officially stopped this...so tell me please?

@DreamyMe351 I was also in a relationship since 6 year. before 4 days he made fun of my family which I didn't like and he was not sorry about that so I blocked him . he just called me once the next day bt after that no call no msg I feel like he was never in love with me and on 13 october it's my birthday I m not hoping that he is going to wish me after seeing these 4 days nc from him
if you already know meeting him will drag you back into the cycle, that’s your answer. love can still exist, but sometimes protecting your peace matters more than proving it.
my ex used to pull me back in right around birthdays or “special days.” the love was real but every time i gave in, i ended up in the same loop again
