what used to make you feel like you? like the things that made you light up before all this β have you tried easing back into them?
well i loved pole dancing and training but i always had to match our schedules ( well i didnt have to but i did and i ended up exhausted) so i trained and danced less. now i do more. also i try to do more body lotion, heatless curling night time routine :D
for me, i had to stop waiting for the βold meβ to come back. the glow returned when i started building a new version instead. no rush, just small things that made me feel safe and me again.
the world was in color but i was stuck in grayscale. it took me a while to feel alive again β started small, like morning walks and music. slowly it came back
