also if you need helo ask for help. its impossible to go through this without any support. ask for help! And remember you-re not alone.

I agree. Im almost 30 days in (crucial 30days) and i still think about him but it's seriously amazing hoe much better i start to feel.

u can do it. the problem is that she keeps calling u can u are breaking the no contact. I’m almost 2 months no contact and i absolutely don’t feel the slightest urge to contact my ex. however i blocked him from everything i possibly can and also we live in different cities so hard to run into each other. if u need support someone to chat u can add me on insta. trust me if u follow no contact if really gets so much better soo much ❤️
