Can I casually see him after a long no contact? it actually very very tempting to be there and if I keep my boundaries strong I am thinking I will be able to survive this right?
I really want to say yes to this but I'm very confused

what’s making you want to see him? is it curiosity, closure, or just missing the connection? sometimes naming it helps clarify.

tempting is normal. if you’re even a bit unsure, waiting longer usually helps. the urge fades, and you keep your peace intact
it did not fade. I actually felt the urge to go to him
i broke no contact once and it felt like i lost all my progress. those boundaries are tough but honestly saved me
if there's attachment, there's no surviving. you being comfused is already a sign. i dont think you're ready for seeing him casually. seeing casually, then what? what are the intentions after that? stay strong, figure out who you are without him and then later on you can consider seeing him "casually"
