he broke up with me 11 days ago. he told me he doesn't want to continue this anymore cause he doesn't see a point anymore. today, he texted. Apparently he's just checking in and hope im okay. i love him, he knows i do. But i dont wanna get my hopes up, you know. what do i do?

yeah don't get your hopes up if he didn't came clear that he wantes you back and remember how he broke up with you like it doesn't matter how you feel he just don't see what's the point of it and you were planning your future with him in your head at this time
Hard to say — it could mean anything from “Just checking in because I don’t love you anymore but I don’t want you to suffer” to “I kind of want to reconnect, I made a mistake, but I’m not ready to admit it yet.”
You could just reply “Doing better, thanks,” and see if he texts you again. From there… who knows?
