so today he has posted himself on his status the first one was him and the next one was a place like hilly place and funny thing is that he rarely post himself or anything on his status or anywhere he can go even months without him posting. so because I chose myself and left the relationship and since then we have been in no contact with him I've just been focusing on my growth and my peace he has decided to post good thing is that I'm always on read receipts so he won't know if I viewed or not but I've decided to mute his status because I don't want anything disturbing my peace and growth.....

tbh I'm not genuinely okay staying detached from him but I just have to for my peace.sometimes I feel like wanting to check his status but I force myself to stay grounded it ain't easy 😭
muting his updates was honestly the best move. focus on your growth, keep your peace intact, and let him live his life without disturbing yours
i left my ex for my own peace too and every time he posted, i had to remind myself it’s NOT about me anymore.
