I understand this, sometimes our emotions can be to much to the point you can’t even express yourself. But talking about it over and over again and pouring out all your feelings helps you heal, it’s very healthy. Bottling up emotions and keeping everything inside will just make you explode one day, we don’t want that. You have to face it, approach your emotions, don’t hide from them. It’s only TO FEEL, it’s okay TO NOT BE OKAY!! You got this 💗

probably feel less alone and to get it out so I'm not holding ot in
yeah sometimes silence helps more than words. i started writing things down instead of talking about her made it a bit easier to let go over time.
i used to vent about my breakup all the time and it weirdly kept me stuck in the same loop. like reliving it instead of releasing it
