have you noticed if it hits harder on certain days or mornings? like maybe when you wake up alone or when something reminds you of them?
those days just happen. i usually let myself feel it for a bit, then try to move even just shower, eat, or step outside. motion helps when emotions don’t
around that 3-week mark i thought i was over him too, then boom all the memories hit again. it’s like withdrawal fr 😮💨 just know it’s part of healing, not a setback
