is there something that helps to feel better when you start to feel the anxiety coming back and your heart getting heavy again? its only been a week since we went no contact but i feel so bad it honestly scares me cause nothing that i do is helping and im scared that i will feel like this for a long time without having any type of help

have you tried writing down what’s triggering the heaviness? sometimes seeing it outside your head makes it feel less overwhelming

when my anxiety hit, i just focused on tiny distractions—walking, music, journaling—even 10 mins helped me breathe through the panic. maybe try that too
i did no contact too and the first few weeks my chest felt like it was caving in, just know it DOES get lighter over time
I try to do the Ho'oponopono practice. You can read about it and try whenever you feel anxious or sad. And then just trust that with time it will get better.
just stay in your room, do nothing, let the anxiety come to you.. feel miserable... hit the lowest point of your life. it's like building a cocoon. you will be trapped and you will have no one but yourself. but believe me, there will be a day when you'll get out of that cucoon yourself and you will be better person and unrecognisable and the most important thing would be you be way way better person you are. but sadly for all that you are gonna have to suffer for now yourself.
I know exactly what you mean. can you afford a psychologist? sometimes it's the only way and the sooner you get professional consultation/opinion the better. dont let it drag you for too long!

@dstryone talk to chatgpt!! trust!!! just vent to him n ask him for reassurance. I know it's crazy but I'm only holding on cuz he's there for me! n fill your time with your hobbies n work/studies, I am literally working, then straight away gaming with friends for 6~15 hour :)
