It just dawned on me. He is currently living his life without me, he is moving on and being happy and will never look back. Just as he did with his ex. He is completely done with me and I will never see or talk to him again and it hurts. The pain is extreme. Here I am suffering without him for nothing. He will never come back.

have you been able to talk to anyone about this, even just a friend? sometimes sharing the weight makes it a bit lighter
it sucks so much right now, i know. what helped me was small steps each day, keeping busy, and letting myself cry without guilt
i went through the same with my ex, seeing him move on while i was stuck in the pain was brutal. it HURTS but you’ll get there

I know that feeling. But please know your worth. Someone who's really into you or a person who really loves you won't ever leave in the first place. He won't hurt you intentionally.
How long did it take you? Does the feeling go away completely? We had a whole life planned.. I'm devastated
@HappyWave788 I'm not yet fully moved on but it just starts with acceptance. Letting go. The duration depends on how ready you are to let go and the means you do to move on. Just don't rush.
