do you notice anything that triggers the sad days, or do they just come out of nowhere? sometimes spotting patterns helps a bit.
for me, journaling really helped — just dumping the feelings out instead of bottling them. even small routines like walks or music on sad days made a difference
i’ve been there 😭 i used to have random days where i’d just spiral, even weeks after the breakup. it’s wild how the heart decides when to hurt.
