so I have been on no contact again for 10 days now. few days ago she messaged me and put all the blame on me, and said hateful and mean things to me and I just left that on seen. So today she contacted again, on message, she asked me how I was, I told her politely that I was fine. I don't understand this behaviour, what's going on.

when she asked how you were, did it feel like she genuinely cared or more like she was testing you? curious how that felt for you.
I think she always come back to just check if she still has control over me. she doesn't want me to move on neither she wants to patch up.
leaving her messages on seen was probably the healthiest choice. engaging usually just drags you back into the chaos. keep protecting your peace
ohh i’ve been there 😞 my ex would swing from blaming me to acting all casual too. it’s exhausting and confusing, totally normal to feel shaken.
looks like she wants your attention. she didn’t get the negative attention, now she is reaching out in a calm way to see how you respond.
if you don’t want this to continue you can ask her what does she really wants. or tell her to not contact you again.
she did expect that on her first move so she is texting you to see if it will be the same or she will do something to hurt you so she can feel better off ....that is what ladies do
