when you think about him coming back, is it the person or just the comfort of the past you miss? sometimes that distinction helps a lot.

i found it helped to limit checking his socials and write down why it ended. doesn’t erase the feelings, but it makes them less intense over time.

i feel this SO hard 😭 i kept wishing my ex would come back for months, even after cutting him off. it’s exhausting but slowly fades when you really focus on yourself
