3 years and constant time together is a big shift 😞 have you been able to talk about what missing him feels like out loud with anyone yet? sometimes saying it makes it hurt a little less.

when that “does he think about me” thought hits, i try to flip it to “what do i need right now?” because chasing answers in their head never helps. but grounding back in yourself kinda does, even if it’s small stuff like going out, journaling, or calling someone safe.
