**Day 2 Healing Tip | Taming the Anxiety Beast**
Day 9 of NC (after the reset) and I noticed this time around that the anxiety lasted way shorter than last time and was way less intense I'm feeling better, especially with anxiety and sadness. The first time, it lasted over a week. This time, it passed much faster in about a day.
My game-changer for anxiety pangs? !NSDR meditation! Twice a day, 20 minutes, morning and evening. Combine that with daily walks, journaling, and Pilates and boom you feel so much lighter and the pain goes away quite a bit.
Tho just like building physical muscle, I notice that consistent emotional practice builds resilience. Probably why this time the no contact is much easier for me. Ofcourse It takes time, but you will get stronger. The anxiety subsides faster because you're actively working on your inner strength. Let’s keep going my dear heartbroken kittens! 💪

wow this sounds so helpful! curious—did you notice any one thing that helped more than the others, or is it the combo that really works?
It really depends on what you need to focus on at any given moment.
* For intense anxiety and trouble sleeping, NSDR meditation was my absolute primary go-to.
* For clearing your mind, processing emotions, and starting to truly feel
and let go, journaling is incredibly powerful. It helps boost your mood and makes you feel less sad by getting those sad thoughts out of your head.
* For boosting your overall mood and building mental and physical resilience, walks, Pilates, or any physical activity are amazing.
Of course, if you try to do all of it at once, it can definitely feel overwhelming. That's why I'd suggest what I did:
You can try first just NSDR to feel calmer for a few days, maybe later add in some journaling here and there, then maybe once a week sports and build up on that.
It's not about the imediately doing the combo right from the start, it's truly about consistency. You start seeing effects after a period of time, just like building physical muscle. Remember, deep wounds, even physical ones, require consistent treatment. Time doesn't heal deep wounds completely; it's what we do with that time that makes the difference.
Hope this helps, little kitten! ❤️
love how you’re consistent! honestly, just sticking to small routines like meditation or journaling really does make the anxiety less overwhelming over time
thank you! let's keep going 💪
