its day 30,and when i was getting better,it was honestly getting easier,one week ago he texted me that he is talking to someone else which actually means that he was talking to someone while we were in a complicated situation and note that i was in the hospital almost dying,and he was talking to other girls.And now its just the betrayal or idk what that hurts, but i dont think for a second that i want him back it just hurts so much thinking how he was with other girls and still saying those things to me and acting like that when i was dying.

that hurt is real. focus on your recovery first, let yourself FEEL it, and journal or vent whenever it overwhelms you. it does get lighter over time.
damn, i’ve been there 😭 my ex was chatting with someone else while i was hospitalized too… that betrayal stings like nothing else. sending you so much love
we can do this, we need to remove the triggers and start actually believing we deserve better
i hope i could reach 30 days soon, i’m waiting on the fire, waiting the pain going away and waiting for someone great coming to me :(
