try not to beat yourself up for reaching out. it’s just a slip, not the end of your progress. sometimes the “answers” we want from them are really just closure we have to give ourselves.

it's okay, think of it as lesson, this time make no contact but expect nothing in return from ex. No contact is for your self.
It's hard to think in that way because, the first time I went on no contact, I just wanted to give him time to process
