what made you break no contact? was it missing him too much, or wanting answers?

be happy you got closure things get way easier. been on your path long ago, the person who goes silent when you try to talk break NC they give meet you talk to you after and that person suddenly runs away is living in fear and suffers more immensely in the future

it’s brutal hearing that, but it also gives you clarity. sometimes their words hurt like hell, but they save us from waiting longer for something that’s already gone. take the closure, even if it’s not the one you wanted.

i broke no contact once thinking maybe time apart changed things. he said something similar that “it’s just not worth trying again.” that sentence stuck for weeks. it hurts because it feels like all the hope you held onto just collapsed in one line.
