i get why you’re holding back, but what do you think would feel better for you right now responding or staying in your no-contact zone?
you’re already doing the hardest part keeping no contact. it really does get easier when you focus on you instead of their likes or replies.
watching them scroll through everything and feeling invisible. it’s brutal, but ignoring his reactions slowly saved me.
it's been 2 weeks for me, i still have the urge wanted to text her but it's getting better, i'm not crying anymore everynight
