I have a fever today but I forced myself to go to class. I accidentally made eye contact with her today because we were in the same faculty, but I couldn't stand looking at her for so long and looked away. I wonder what she thought when she saw me. Maybe nothing

try not to overthink what she felt in that moment. i know it’s hard, but sometimes it’s just your brain trying to find meaning in something that doesn’t have any.
saw my ex on campus once after weeks of no contact and it messed me up for the whole day. that split-second eye contact can open every wound again
