So we're in the same friend group. Which makes no contact so much more difficult, because obviously we engage in a group dynamic. However, I try not to engage one-on-one. It's so difficult. Ignoring him when he tried to greet me when I left hurt me so bad. My eyes teared upđthe person who means the most to me being treated like that is crazy. I just can't let him think that what he did is so easily forgivable. He even bought me food and complimented me all day. This is tough.
I still won't text him.

Only 1 person knows, and I prefer to keep it that way. I'm very private. I only told the 1 person to hold myself accountable and not break no contactđ
i know it stings, but youâre doing the right thing by keeping that boundary. let him feel what losing access to you actually means. silence says more than any text ever could.

my ex was in my friend group too and those group hangouts were pure torture. pretending to be fine while my chest hurt like hell. youâre doing the hardest thing protecting your peace even when your heart wants to cave. thatâs strength, seriously.
