do you think you miss him or the version of him you thought you’d have forever? sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference when the heart’s still raw.
it’s okay to still want him, but don’t let that want make you forget why you’re in no contact. when i felt that urge, journaling or texting a note to myself helped. just to let it out.
