I reread the text he sent to break up with me and it seems like he put it in a way that I’d fight it and say i want this relationship. but I didn’t and just like accepted it and said I felt the same way. I would do anything to fix us and it feels too late.

I don’t know what he wanted but now I’m stressed out because I wanted to fight for it but I was tired of fighting after months of trying
do you think he really wanted to end it… or was he testing you to see how much you’d fight for it?
that “too late” feeling hits hard. but if he wanted to stay, he would’ve stayed. sometimes silence protects us more than a long message ever could.
my ex did the same worded it like he wanted me to chase him. i didn’t. and i’ve replayed that moment so many times wishing i said something different
