Today I did eft tapping to release the shame I feel for my mistakes and allowing myself to be abused. Today I am loving that girl inside me who was abused and only wanted ti be loved. Some heavy deep shadow work. Pray for me.

that’s brave of you. give yourself time and patience acknowledging that little girl inside is huge for healing. even small steps count.
i’ve been there too. i spent years blaming myself for letting people hurt me. doing shadow work like this is heavy but so needed
