I'm still really struggling with coming to terms with everything, I broke no contact last night, I ask him to call me. When he did, I couldn't answer. I still have some thing at his. I just can't bring myself to go and face him.

what is it that feels hardest about facing him right now? maybe naming it can make it a bit easier to handle.
I just dont think I can hold it together and I dont want him to see how much he hurt me
it’s okay to take your time. even if you broke no contact, you don’t have to face him until you feel ready. small steps are still progress.
i broke no contact too after months, and freezing up when he called was the worst part. you’re not alone in feeling stuck like this
