my ex reached out to my best friend saying ALOT of things about missing me and wanting to check in on me while she was drunk, how she thinks about it often but doesn’t wanna ruin my progress and how she thinks I forget she’s an avoidant at times. the next day she went cold turkey and didn’t reply to anything he said when he asked her if it’s okay for him to tell me what she said (even tho he did anyways) now I’m struggling to wonder if she meant it, or it was the alcohol talking and that’s why she’s not speaking on it anymore.

it was all through my friend. she said multiple times to him she wanted to but was afraid to.

my ex drunk raged me a few times but not lately
sounds like she’s sending mixed signals. sometimes it’s better to just focus on your own progress and not overthink what alcohol might have stirred.
my ex would do the same say all these things when drunk and then vanish the next day. it messes with your head, i feel you
