He used to tell me he doesn't want relationship at all. That he is no good in relationships and he will always cheat. That is why he wanted to separate. 1 day after the official break up when I called him just to hear his voice, he told me that if he finds someone of course he will be in relationship. And it's not my business. That hurt me. Somehow I lost confidence.

that kind of rejection cuts deep, especially when it feels like you were told one thing and shown another. what’s helped me before is remembering it’s not a reflection of your worth, it’s just someone showing you how limited they are when it comes to love.
my ex said the same thing that he “wasn’t ready” and “relationships weren’t for him,” then suddenly he was in one like a week later. it messed with my self-worth for a while. it’s like… were you lying to me or just lazy with me? either way, it hurts in a way that’s hard to explain
this has nothing to do with you even if he doesn't like u enough... give yourself the love you deserve and just move on .. don't reach out or ask why
