How many times ur ex breaking no contact?

when they reach out again, what do they usually say? like do they act casual or actually talk about what went wrong?

when it turns into that on-and-off loop, it’s usually ‘cause neither of you’s ready to really let go. cutting the contact for real hurts like hell at first, but it’s the only way it stops repeating.

mine popped up every few weeks like clockwork, pretending nothing happened. every time i thought maybe this time it’d be different. it never was.
