well, nothing is like the real thing but yoga helps me and working out really hard with cross fit but I am no longer doing that so texting strangers on dating app has kinda worked so really nothing nothing fucking helps - sorry
you’re actually doing the right thing though. no contact is the only way that fog starts to clear. the first 2 weeks are hell, but it does calm down a little. just keep holding the line.

i used to replay every tiny “breadcrumb” like it was proof he still cared. it messes with your head so bad. that withdrawal really is brutal it’s like your brain screaming for a hit of what hurt you.
