give each other advice
sometimes even one group chat or online space with people going through the same pain helps a lot. it doesn’t fix everything but at least you don’t feel so alone in it.
i hit a point where i was literally begging the internet to just hear me. it’s so hard when you just need real humans who get it 😞 you’re not weird for wanting that.
