Im curious Has anyone's partner come back /reached out after no contact ? how long did it take?

Don't go to the no contact because you are trying to punish them by your silence... they actually feel nothing....

are you hoping they come back or is it more like… you just want to know if they’re thinking about you at all?

for me, the longer i stayed no contact, the more i realized the reach out wasn’t the thing that mattered. the peace i started to feel did. but i get the curiosity, it’s human.

it's like a trap isn't it, mine is in a new relationship and still liked my instagram story and texted me.starting light conversation, but I couldn't help but drag it back to us and seeking closure, and trying to get him to take accountability of his actions. he wants to watch me from a distance and have a look into my life without having any commitment, while being with someone else, it makes no sense. he keeps saying I hope we can be friends again in time. its all about ego and validation.

he disappeared on me for months then acted like nothing happened when he popped back up. it was this weird mix of “i knew you would” and “god, why now.” i felt sick answering his name on my phone

He’s been messaging me every day asking how everything’s going and if i’m okay, it’s so hard to not reply but i know if i do i’ll fall back into the loop of being unhappy because he dosent want me back he just wants me close.

I feel the same with mine he said to me "you havent done any thing wrong, I will always want whats best for you to see you succeed" so I said "so you wanna watch me from a distance" and he said "better than not seeing at all we are just on different paths now" basically he doesn't wanna commit and has found something new and easier that demands less of him emotionally. it's really confusing I must admit. I understand your struggle entirely.
