so sorry. The first couple of days will feel like that. absolutely horrible. But remember this is temporary and it will pass. feel everything you need to feel and experience everything that you need to. try new things talk to people find new hobbies this will pass even though it may not feel like it. him giving up on you is not a reflection of your worth and has nothing to do with you and rather him. he is not capable of giving you the right requirements. That is all him and not you. You have got this keep going!!!
