what helped me a tiny bit was letting the silence be what it was, not trying to fill it right away. sometimes i’d put on a show or music just so my brain wouldn’t spiral.
do things to distract you!!! find new hobbies try new things, and always have a support system of people you can go to when you feel this way. Friends, family, colleagues.. anything for that matter. remember this will pass.. you have got this keep going❤️

after my breakup it felt so loud it almost hurt. i’d walk into my place and it was like the air changed. i get why it shakes you like that
