when someone starts twisting words like that, i’ve learned to step back. it’s usually them protecting their own guilt. you don’t have to carry the weight of his choices or his chaos.

my ex did something similar, tried to juggle me while he had a whole other girl pregnant and acted like i was “overreacting.” that confusion and shame they create is so real. i’m so sorry you had to hear all that messy logic
