i saw him at the bar dancing with another woman that's when I realized my worth and now I chose to write than stalking him then I ended up 100 ways to heal😻
i love that you’re returning to something that was meant for you. whenever i restart something i made during the pain, it kinda reminds me i’m stronger than whatever ended
True. at first it feels unbearable but at time goes by, we still miss them, we care for them but we know they are not good gor us anymore
i did something similar after my breakup, i started a little “healing journal” then stopped when we got back together. i remember how weirdly empowering it felt to pick it up again. like… damn, i survived more than i thought
