does it feel like you’re grieving him or the version of life you thought you two were building together?
when i get stuck in those “what if he moves on first” spirals, i try to bring myself back to what’s actually happening right now. not the imagined endings. it doesn’t fix it, but it softens the panic a bit.
i remember telling myself the same thing when my ex left and i kept imagining him showing up someday with a whole new life. that pain is so real. it feels like losing a future you already lived in your head

if this is really the end. Now it’s time to focus on yourself. to heal. to learn from that relationship.
try not to focus on his future but instead focus on yours. Remember he's not stressing about you moving on so you stressing will only hold you back from finding the right Mr in the future.
