My ex and I didn't block each other but it's weird because he established no contact and kept looking my stories until I decided to hide my stories from him. I understand the nonsense you're feeling

when stuff like this happened to me, i had to remind myself their actions say more about them than anything about me. try not to read too deep into every little thing, it’ll drain you.
my ex did that weird “not blocking me but acting distant” thing and it messed with my head so bad. it’s like they want to be around but not actually show up. confusing as hell
