I guess it was a bit of both but I'm thinking now that was a mistake
every time i reach out like that, it usually ends with me feeling worse. what helps me is reminding myself that love isn’t supposed to feel like begging for scraps. it’s not easy, but pulling back saves me from that same hurt hitting again.
