when someone goes silent like that, i try to remind myself it says way more about her than me. you don’t need to chase clarity they won’t give. just be gentle with yourself for caring.
i had a guy just straight vanish on me after months of being close and it messed with my head so bad. that feeling of “i don’t even get a reason?” is its own kind of heartbreak. i get why you needed to say something soft even though you’re hurting
