I just saw my ex blocked me the shock went through my hole body like someone just stabbed my heart
maybe at the back of my mind I hoped he would reach out 1 day or just knowing his a message away made it seem like our break up isn't permanent.
I don't feel like it's getting better feels like the pain getting worse

we has a 1 night stand if you can call it that a week ago afterwards we said our goodbye and I asked him to check if I left something at his house he took 24 hours to reply to my message and I didn't reply back and that was it
5 days later he blocked me
distracting my brain with anything that forces me out of the spiral. even a walk or calling a friend. it softens the sting a little.
I went on that spiral all day
