Seeing him close to other girl triggers me how he is so happy saying the same ilu he used to say me he is making the same promises he used to make to me to another girl. He is happy why can't I be happy. I just want to be happy please help

what usually helps me is pulling my focus back to me even if it’s tiny stuff. a walk. journaling. blocking things that trigger me. it doesn’t make the pain vanish but it stops the spiral a bit
my ex jumped into a new thing so fast and it messed with my head. watching him recycle the same “i love yous” made me feel invisible. it wasn’t that i wanted him. i just hated feeling replaceable. you’re not though. no matter how it looks

Take your time. He's with another girl? Let him be. His life and yours already separated when broken up. Is he happy with the other girl? Maybe yes, maybe not.
But it's doesn't matter anymore. What's important is YOU finding your own happiness. Create new life, new routine. Do something that you always wanted to do like crocheting, painting a canvas or anything.
Being happy doesn't mean you need another man to make you happy. Find happiness within yourself. Find happiness while you're 'alone'. If you work on this, I'm pretty sure in the future even whatever happen, you're able to still be happy because you know how to find happiness by your own.
I can understand it's only been a few days broken up amd then you saw him with another woman, that shattered your heart. But pick up those pieces of your heart and fix it. Fix it and make it wayy wayyy beautiful and stronger that no one are able to break it anymore.
