can I just say it is so much easier to no contact your ex when they fucked you over? like seriously. I spent so many days depressed and crying over him, mourning our relationship and blaming myself for us ending & not working out, only for him to rebound with another coworker, at the job we all still work at, and not only that, but a FELLOW SHIFT SUPERVISOR. WE ALL THREE ARE SHIFT SUPERVISORS, FYI. this shit is just insane to me and I can't get over it, I feel like I'm in a shitty episode of the office. ๐ญ๐๐ผ

how are you holding up at work now? do you get any space from them during shifts or is it constant stress?
i know it feels impossible, but honestly staying zero contact (even at work if you can) helped me heal faster. it sucks at first, but you start reclaiming your peace instead of feeding the rage and heartbreak.
i went through something like that with my ex and a coworker too. seeing them flirt at work while i was spiraling made me feel like i was living in a BAD sitcom, not real life. itโs such a punch to the gut.
gurllll must be very awkward to work together after breakup ๐๐ฟ but yeah I agreed when they keep on disappointing us, thatโs actually them showing their truly colors ๐ญ๐ญ And it's easier to move on yeahhh
