soo.. basically I had a break-up with my ex few days back and today it's 3 day and I'm in no contact zone with him but he have all my access .. he's been posting my pictures on social media like instagram with my other ex before him and letting people commenting on it .. the main thing is that he has changed my password of instagram and all the privacy things like contact and email he has removed from my acc and put his on it what should I do now I'm in big problem even few days back he was leaking my number as well I was getting calls at midnight of random boys .. please help me out guys

has he got access to anything else of yours? like your phone, your google/apple id, or any other accounts? just trying to understand how much control he still has so people here can help you figure out the next step.

i had an ex who did the same shit, changed my passwords, posted my pics without my permission, even leaked my number once. it felt like i had no control over my own life for a minute. what he’s doing to you isn’t “breakup drama.” it’s straight up violation. i’m really sorry you’re dealing with this.
he leaked for like 2 - 3 times and it is the 4th time he did this to me
oh no this is bad, may be go to someone who can hack in to your account and get it back ..after that you can delete your old accounts and phone number and get a new one
