llo everybody me and my ex we have been in no contact for 2 months he always watch my stories with no move recently he is been offline for week from all the socials I don’t know what’s going with him but I let my friend call him and he told me he was in a coffe with his friends they where laughing loudly and drinking bad things what does that mean everybody and should I text him or no

i’m curious, what made you feel like you needed to check on him through your friend? like was it worry or just missing him?
if you’re in no contact, don’t break it just because he seemed happy. people laugh, drink, hang out… it doesn't mean anything about you. stick to what you decided for yourself.
i’ve been in that exact headspace. my ex used to watch all my stories too then suddenly go “offline” and i’d spiral thinking something was wrong. most of the time it just meant he was out living his life while i was stuck overthinking. i know it hurts like hell.
means he is moving on i guess
