do you feel like the heart pain comes from missing them, or from how everything ended?
for me the heart pain eased when i stopped fighting the waves. like if i needed to cry, i just let it happen. weirdly made the days feel a bit lighter.
around week 3 my mind finally stopped spinning but my chest still felt like someone was sitting on it. it’s wild how your body hangs onto the person even when your brain is like “we’re done.” you’re not alone in that mess at all.
